These are the ones the system actually enforces right now. The exact numbers and prices are on the home page, taken live from our own system — so what you read there is always what is applied.
What is listed on the pricing page but not yet built
Broadcasts, channel integrations and API access appear on the pricing table as coming later. They are not built, so they are not part of any plan and nobody is paying for them.
We would rather say that plainly than let you upgrade for something you already have. When each one starts being enforced, businesses already using it will be told before it applies to them.
Running out of AI answers for today
The chat does not stop. When the day's allowance is used up:
- the AI stops replying;
- the customer is told plainly that a person is being called;
- the conversation goes into your inbox as Waiting.
Your shop stays open. You just answer those ones yourself — and chatting with your customers yourself is unlimited on every plan, for ever. The AI allowance starts again the next day, or you move to a larger plan.
You can see how much you have used at the top of your panel at any time.
File storage
Photos and files your customers send count against your plan's storage. If it fills up, new uploads are refused with a clear message — messages themselves keep working.
Deleting an old conversation gives the space back immediately, files included.
Changing plan
Ask support, or use the billing section of your panel when it is available. Moving up applies at once. Moving down applies at the end of the month you have already paid for.
